We are urgently recruiting for a Fleet Controller.

Will be responsible for management of all fleet & stock control processes

Must be highly motivated and communicate well.

Requirements:


Must have fleet control & stock experience
Good knowledge of Excel & Pastel Evolution
Matric
Drivers License

Duties:

Plan, co-ordinate and monitor the timely delivery and collection of products.
Oversee the health and safety of our drivers and the fleet.
Conduct briefing and de-briefing of drivers, ensuring accurate records are kept.
Conduct minor disciplinary measure
Implementing checks and controls for tyres
Implementing service plans for drivers
Ensuring break downs are attended to
Implementing preventative maintenance plans for vehicles
Ensuring that all vehicles are roadworthy
Manage the operations of the fleet by
Stock Control – Incoming Stock
Stock Control – Outgoing Stock
Monthly Stock Take & reconciliation

Salary R15 000 – R20 000
