Fleet Supervisor – Saldanha

Well established Logistics Company is looking for an Operations Controller / Fleet Supervisor to schedule, execute and co-ordinate the fleet, customer service levels, KPI reporting and daily system administration.

Minimum Requirements
• Matric, Qualification will be an advantage
• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a relevant transport environment
• Valid Driver’s License
• C Track Experience
• Microsoft Office
• Able to work Shifts

Key Responsibilities
• Daily receiving and processing of transport orders
• Daily planning, routing and scheduling of vehicles
• Ensuring that all loads are adequately insured
• Ensuring the tracking and capturing of information are done
• Daily measurement of key performance
• Day to day building and management of a service driven and professional relationship with all key contacts
• Assist POD department with outstanding queries
• Following the necessary Claims, Accident, Hi-Jack, etc
• Briefing / Debriefing
