Our client based in Dammam, Saudi Arabia is looking for a Chief Flight Instructor to join their team. The types of aircrafts they have are Dimond DA40 and DA42. Experience in these is not necessary.

Job Description:
• Ensuring systems are developed to monitor and analyze aircraft reliability and makes
recommendations for improvements.
• Ensuring that the entire SNCA Fleet Engineering Team and Flight Operations Team are aware of
SNCA’s mission, their specific goals, and their performance versus those goals.
• Is overall responsible for the safe and efficient operation of the Ground and Flight Operations
Departments.
• Has the authority to exercise operational control over all aircraft operations.
• Must be highly knowledgeable of company manuals, Regulations, Operation Specifications, Flight
Manuals, and other pertinent information relating to his duties.
• Providing long-term planning and budget analysis for SNCA on aircraft acquisition and the
management of Flight Operations and Academic Training.
• Responsible for the creation, planning, and execution of budgets for both the Ground and Flight
Training Department.
• Ensuring that safety is consistently the first priority of SNCA Operations.

Job Requirements:
The Chief Flight Instructor shall have experience as a flight instructor for professional pilot
licenses and possess a sound managerial capability. In addition he must:
• Hold, or have held in the 3 years prior to appointment, an Airline Transport Pilot License
(ATPL (A)) or Commercial Pilot License (CPL/IR (A)) issued in accordance with
International Civil Aviation Organization (ICAO) Annex 1
• Must obtain GACA license and certificates as indicated above prior to being appointed
• Have not less than 2500 hours pilot in command;
• 2000 hours flying instructional experience;
• 200 hours may be instrument ground time;
• 3 years of management experience within the aviation industry
Salary Range: 120,000-150,000 Dollars Tax free per month
