FMCG Sales Rep - West Rand

REQUIRED QUALIFICATION : Matric and Diploma / Degree in Sales and Marketing (a must)
REQUIRED EXPERIENCE : Minimum two years’ experience in an FMCG Sales environment
Liquor experience preferable.

REQUIRED SKILLS : Able to communicate fluently in English and Afrikaans
Must be self-motivated and results driven
Must be a strong team player
Must have good negotiating skills
Have a positive attitude towards work
Willing to work overtime
Have a valid code 8 driver’s license
Must be assertive
Must have a sound track record

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Will be operating in the West Rand and certain northern suburbs
i.e. Fourways, Randburg, Rivonia, Krugersdorp, Cresta, etc.
Call on On-Consumption customers as per agreed calling schedules.
Achieve brand availability targets as per the Company standards.
Building of brands as per Company standards set.
Design, Implement and Manage promotions, promoters and Events
A commitment to customer service and seeking opportunities
Manage On Consumption channels as set out in the brand
prioritization.
General Sales Administration
Interact with relevant Brand and Sales Manager regarding
Brand plans, strategies and implementation of responsibilities.
