A well-established FMCG company are looking for someone to join their team, the position requires someone who is service orientated, has proven management accounting experience and is service orientated.

Responsibilities:
• Staff management and deploy of resources on night shift
• Set objectives, manage and measure performance of all Team Leaders
• Manage the warehouse processes and train and develop staff
• Housekeeping, maintenance, cold chain and safety
• Cost control and planning

Requirements:
• Relevant Diploma/s
• Minimum of 5 years management experience
• Able and keen to work the night shifts (including weekends/public holidays) 17:00 – 02:00, Sunday 08:00 – 17:00
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Must be able to perform well under pressure and able to work in extreme conditions
