Hospitality qualification either as a Chef or Food and Beverage. Must be flexible and willing to assist in all departments. Able to interact with guests. Interest in gardening (vegetables and spices).- In charge of main kitchen supervising 5 staff members- Menu planning and costing- Ordering and controlling of stock- General administrative duties- Hands on cooking- Assisting in Front of House when required7 Days off per month
