Our client is urgently looking for a Food and Beverage managerMinimum RequirementsMatricTertiary qualification in hospitality2 years working experience in food and beverage.You will be responsible for purchasing, stock control, cost of sale within perscribed budget.Ensure the effective running of the banqueting department including set up as well as running the event.Ensure profit margains are maintained and costs are not exceeded.Training staff and rostering staff.Ensure prompt and effcient service of meals and snacks and beverages to required outlets.Act as duty manager when needed.
