Hospitality Management Qualification with further 4 - 5 years

F/B Management experience in large 4* Hotels required.

Reporting to General Manager and Resident Director

Working knowledge of Kitchen Operations

Knowledge of Menu creation and costing

Stock Control (Food and Beverage)

Management and Control of OE

Good Supplier Relations

Cost of Sales Food and Beverage

Restaurant and Bar Management

Staff Training and Development

Banqueting and Functions

Excellent Guest Relations

Upkeep (housekeeping/maintenance) of Restaurant/Pool Side/Bars/Conference Venues

Legislative Compliance OHSA/LRA/BCEA m) Labour Relations and HR

Computer literate (Opera/Micros/AccPac Stock Control) and competent administration skills

Food and Beverage Management Certificate/Diploma an added advantage
