Previous experience in a similar position at a resort ideally. Strong function/banqueting experience. Excellent communiation skills. Computer literate.- Management of Kitchen and restaurant staff- Management of departmental assets and stocks - Planning of food & beverage department needs and stock level- Staff roster and leave- In house staff training- Planning of menus and banqueting needs- Portion control- Purchasing capital equipment- Staff interviews and induction- Evaluating of department financial performance- Administering month end procedures and stock takes- Conducting monthly staff meetings- Preparing departmental reports
