Carrying out food hygiene inspections to ensure any premises that stores, prepares, produces, cooks or sells food complies with strict hygiene standards and legislation
Investigating confirmed cases of food poisoning
Investigating complaints about poor hygiene practices
Investigating complaints about unfit food
