Job Description My client is looking for an innovative R&D Technologist with experience in value added baked goods and confectionery to do extensive research on baked goods and confectionery in terms of extending shelf-life and developing and proposing new technologies to be used by the company.

Qualifications

Diploma/BSC in Food Technology Skill
5 years product development experience

Duties:

Establishing company Food Safety Management Procedures, standards and specifications
Manage internal Audits – HACCP and ensure schedule is up to date
Work with purchasing staff to establish requirements from external suppliers
Set up and maintain controls and documentation procedures
Ensure company meets all food safety requirements
