The responsibilities of the position include:

• Provide strategic insight into Key Accounts and Support in developing partnership alignments
• Develop intimate knowledge of the Food Service industry and the QSR Channel to align the business objectives to the Channel and Key
Accounts needs
• Accountable for the companies brand in respect of customer relationships
• Drive the achievement of Volume, Value and Profit targets
• Provide insight into product costing to achieve the best margins
• Analyze Channel performance and competitor activity on a continuous basis and provide direction and feedback to the business
• Contribute to the execution of business and innovation plans for the QSR channel; commercialize new products to meet consumer, customer
and Key Account needs
• Source, analyze and leverage consumer/shopper/marketing insights to support Channel growth initiatives
• Manage and monitor the channel forecast
• Make category and product choices and priorities which are channel and sub channel specific
• Stimulate New Product Development: driving the innovation process and vetting of new product developments suitable for the Channel
• Foresee execution of correct and timeous price increase implementation as well as trading term negotiations are concluded
• Represent the FSI brand identity in the market.
• Exhibit creativity in the brand, "go to market" strategy, channel initiatives, new business systems and in developing new, insightful
applications and ideas

Minimum qualifications + experience:

• A degree or diploma in Commerce or Sales and Marketing
• 3 -5 Years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Food Services Industry (FSI)/ FMCG and/or perishable goods
• FSI knowledge & Extensive Innovation Skills
• Project Management Skills would be a PLUS
• Strong communication skills and financial acumen
• Strong analytical thinking with strong negotiation skills
• Curious and an ability to generate ideas
• Ability to work cross functionally
