COMPANY CENTRALIZER – FOREX WORLD
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Managing and leading the foreign exchange staff team
• Managing co-ordination of the partners and working groups engaged in foreign exchange staff work and department operations
• Detailed foreign exchange staff planning and control
• Developing and maintaining a detailed foreign exchange staff plan with assistance from the HR Manager
• Managing foreign exchange staff deliverables in line with the foreign exchange staff plan
• Recording and managing foreign exchange staff issues and escalating where necessary with the assistance of the HR Manager
• Resolving cross-functional issues at foreign exchange staff level with the assistance and support of the HR Manager
• Managing foreign exchange departments – check on daily, weekly, monthly duties, deadlines etc. as per company checklists e.g. direction, job cards, productivity and reporting - sets up and manages support functions covering planning, tracking, reporting, quality management and internal communication and providing regular status – daily basis
• Monitoring foreign exchange staff progress and performance
• Providing status reports to the foreign exchange head of department
• Managing foreign exchange staff training within the defined budget
• Liaises with, and updates progress to, foreign exchange staff board/senior management
• Managing foreign exchange staff daily activities
• Working closely with users to ensure the foreign exchange staff meets business needs and targets with assistance of relevant functional heads of departments
• Definition and management of the User Acceptance Testing programme
• Identifying user training needs and devising and managing user training programmes
• Produces consolidated reporting to the Foreign exchange staff Board, including milestone summary, key issues, risks, benefits, summary of costs incurred
• Manages the support and provision of foreign exchange staff tools and equipment
• Assists with the production of user documentation
• Assists with testing
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE:
1. At least 10 years Foreign exchange staff Management experience
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE/ATTRIBUTES:
• Excellent organisational, planning and time management skills
• Logical thinking and creative problem-solving ability
• Great attention to detail
• Good communication and negotiation skills
• Understanding of budget control
• The ability to work well with others and lead a team
• A good understanding of business technical knowledge relevant to the foreign exchange staff
