Our Well Established client, based in Johannesburg is one of the first schools to implement a blended learning model for primary school students.
The blended learning model is a concept were the teacher will facilitate learning on single subject that will be involved in the following process
• Students will be thought via internet based learning
• Teaching in a class format
• Teaching in a computer lab (with iPad laptops & etc.)
• Subjects thought maths or literacy

The Position involves:
The Teacher will be responsible for the following:
• Teachers will be responsible for the following Grades: 1, 2, 3 & 4 Students
• Teachers must be able to teach the following Subjects : literacy, maths, and isiZulu
• Create and strategize learning plans for struggling students
• Must have to develop rigorous, engaging learning experiences and to create individualised behaviour
• Looking for candidate that would demonstrate flexibility and are willing to be placed in one of our excellent schools
• Must drive students into achieving meaningful outcomes and excellence
• Technical teaching skills or methods for academic growth for all students
• Must be able to work well with students, families and so as well as in the community
• Administrate weekly termly assessment to track students’ progress

REQUIREMENTS:
• Must have a certificate in teaching – B.Ed or PGCE
• Must be specialised in a single subject (maths, literacy, or isiZulu)
• Planning, preparing and execute lessons from 7:45am – 4:00pm
• Less than 4 years’ experience – New graduates are welcome
• Must have that “Whatever it takes” Attitude
• Constantly operating with a team mind-set
• Must Attend three week of pre-service professional development before the school year begins

Package
• Salary for the right Experienced candidate –R180 000 per Annual / R15 000 per month
