Duties:
• +- 40 Franchised sites to support.
• Own car essential, franchise and retail experience beneficial
• Enthusiastic, Influential, Energetic, Gritty and Optimistic. These are the characteristics required to be a good RBM. The role of an RBM is a sales role and you will be held accountable for growth. In your capacity as a sales person to our franchisees your focus needs to be on utilising the following 6 levers to achieve the required growth:
• Rigorous Weekly Planning. Use reports to understand the nature of each franchisees’ business and to apply incremental change to the business to increase overall sales
• Administration. You need to ensure that your actions is well documented on a ‘today’s work today’ basis.
• Follow up. Ensuring that your commitments to franchisees become actions within tight timeframes
• Selling. Building relationships and trust with each franchisee so that they buy the concepts of the franchise
• Compliance. Complying to instructions and methods to grow turnover
