UBUHLE HR is looking for Freelance Facilitator/Assessor's in the JHB area, with Wholesale and Retail Seta Scope for the following:
National Certificate - Generic Management NQF 5
The appointed freelance Facilitator/Assessor's will be responsible for facilitation and assessment of courses for corporate clients.
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of professional classroom facilitation; experience in a training capacity
• Exceptional facilitation, presentation, and listening skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, attentive to details
• Highly proficient in time management, organization, planning and prioritization
• Proven initiative, positive attitude, team oriented, self-motivated and highly enthusiastic
• Ability to manage changing priorities, meet deadlines and adapt to a changing business environment
• Strong interpersonal skills and ability to establish rapport
• Committed to excellence, has strong work ethics and takes pride in their work
• Professional dress sense
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Facilitator/Assessor Accreditation and relevant qualifications in subject matter: Services Seta Scope
• MUST HAVE own vehicle and driver’s license. Employee will be required to travel in her / his own vehicle to client sites and training venues within JHB.
