International Company is looking for a French Speaking Legal Administrator to join the office team. Great opportunity that offers growth in a large corporate company.

Job Description:

The main focus of the role will be to manage contractual issues for the suppliers and customers of the business. This position will require regular liaison with all internal departments as well as frequent contact with customers and suppliers. You will also be responsible for legal matters pertaining to the French speaking business.

The incumbent will have the following responsibilities (including but not limited to):

• Support to the Operations Director with general management (Organisation, HR, procedures and overall development of the group
• Support to the Legal Executive (Preparation of Legal documents, writing correspondence, assisting with compliance
• General administrative duties related to the business (Incoming calls, updating data base, mail management, manage stationery stock, generating reports, invoicing, dealing with the purchase ledger and the suppliers enquiries
• Liaising with the subsidiary offices abroad
• Follow-up on documents issuance with French administration
• Check the completeness of all applications and investigate the reasons for any delays
• Receive and process requests for documents registration on the online database
• Register and classify documents according to internal nomenclature
• Produce monthly reports.

Skills and Requirements:

The successful candidate will liaise with a range of clients and counterparties on the continent - in particular, France and Belgium. A high level of competency in French is therefore mandatory. Other European languages would be beneficial but are not required.

• Matric (Bac /A’ Levels/High school certificate)
• Minimum 1 year working experience in an administrative role
• Able to work on own initiative, attention to detail
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Computer literate (Word, Excel, Internet, Outlook...)
• Able to work under pressure and meet deadlines, as well as being able to respond to rapid change, when required
• Sound initiative and independent judgment
• Legal background
