Front End Developer – Westville

We are currently seeking a web developer that specializes in building the front end, or client-side, of a web application, which includes everything that a client, or user, sees and interacts with. The candidate will work in a team environment, in the design and execution of web and mobile products, preferably a self-motivated candidate who is excited to learn and improve his or her skill set in the ever-evolving medium of the web.

If you make the shortlist you will be required to do an assessment (you are given 3 days to complete), which involves designing a website page using your choice of framework as well as any SQL dumps or additional files to run the project

A Web Interface Developer will work closely with other members of the development team to deliver high quality web applications for the Real Estate Industry. You will be maintaining and troubleshooting web-based applications for existing systems and developing new web applications. REQUIRED Skills:
1. Solid knowledge of Javascript, CSS3, HTML5 and jQuery.
2. Experience in responsive technologies beneficial.
3. Experience with the Adobe Creative Suite, Python, Django, SQL would be beneficial.
4. Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
5. Familiarity with how to troubleshoot web based applications.
6. Ability to communicate clearly to team members and management.
7. Self-motivated to explore new technologies, applications and environments.
8. Understanding of latest browser capabilities interfaces.
9. Ability take on new technologies and procedures.

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to:
• Creating/maintaining a variety of web based applications (including websites, emails and mobile applications).
• Performing quality assurance testing on all projects.
• Working directly with management to communicate and update information as necessary with regards to, deadlines, new technologies and procedures.
