Great opportunity for a front-end developer to join a team of talented developers and to assist the delivery and the development of high-quality project for some great eCommerce sites.

 Role based in Gardens, Cape Town, would suit a motivated and passionate developer with the potential to develop within the growing front-end team. Working with Magento, Hybris and iCoris eCommerce platforms the front end developer will work with designs and turn them into HTML.

Skills required:

• Good HTML5 and CSS3 skills
• Responsive web design
• Design skills: experience working with PSD files, slicing and sprite sheets
• Cross platform development (tablets, mobiles...)
• Cross-browser compatibility
• W3C & WCAG validation
• Jquery (or transferable library / framework) capabilities and Javascript
• An understanding of the principles of CMS
• Ability to write clean, structured and robust code

Desirable:

• Eexperience working with PHP and JSP 
• Experience working with ecommerce websites
• Worked with Magento or Hybris templates
• Have an eye for details
• Online portfolio / examples of work
• Eager to learn and push it's capacities
• Work under pressure / respect deadlines
• Willing and supportive team player
