Large 4* Resort Hotel - Drakensberg - KZN

Hotel School Diploma with further 3 - 4years F/O management hotel experience required.

Good knowledge of F.O. computer management systems

Training Skills & Industrial Relations knowledge are essential.

Management of Guest satisfaction processes

Excellent Guest Relations skills

Excellent English communication skills required.
Industrial Relations Knowledge
Understands Labour relations Act

Must be available to work overtime if required
Must be able to work on Sundays and Public Holidays if required

Salary R 10000.00 including single accommodation and company benefits.

This position is full time with a 6 month probation period
