Our hospitality client based in the West of Johannesburg/Muldersdrift has a vacant position for a Frontline office Reservationist. The successful incumbent will have Matric/Grade12 Diploma(Advantageous but not prerequisite) / Degree. 3 years reservations and front office management experience

Responsibilities
Manage front office reception team.
Perform all reservations functions including booking of rooms, receipt of payments and room assignment.
Ensure SOP’s are up to date, implemented and adhered to.
Assist guests with issues and complaints.

Technical skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive interpersonal skills.
Computer literate and familiar with hotel guests booking systems.
Good understanding of guests relations.
Sound understanding of administrative documents
