We are currenlty looking for a Front Office/Rooms Manager to join an awesome team in Pretoria at a 5* Property. *Candidates must be in the position currently.Responsibilities and Duties- General / Specific1. Be responsible for all Front Office Operation i.e.a. Reception and Cashierb. Reservationc. Concierged. Business Centere. Airport Representativef. Telephone Operator2. Ensure all procedures are followed properly .3. Keep the hotel standard of service toward guest at all times.4. Ensure good communication and cooperation between Front Office Department and otherDepartments.5. Be responsible for rooms' control and rate restriction.6. Prepare operating and capital budgets.7. Control expenses of Front Office Department.8. Be responsible for all training in front Office department.9. Be responsible for Front Office staff recruitment.10. Be responsible for all assets in Front Office Department.11. Control the room keys.12. Prepare monthly reports.13. Handle salary increments.14.
