R16 000 - R18 000 CTC per month. Upmarket Hotel based in Sandton has a vacancy for a Guest Relations Manager.

Job objectives:
To ensure and provide flawless upscale, professional and high class guest service experiences which involve working non-sociable flexible hours
To analyse customer feedback and provide strategic direction to continuously improve overall rating
Responding to guests needs and anticipate their unstated ones
React promptly to guest requirements and enquiries
Oversee and co-ordinate all arrivals and departures of guests
Co-ordinate and manage communication between guests and staff
Promoting all amenities, services and programs offered by the Hotel
Upholding standards and ensure all operating procedures are adhered to

Requirements:
Proficient in English
Matric essential
Degree or Diploma in Hospitality Management or related field
Job related courses
Working experience in hospitality industry in Guest Relations and /or Front Office
Ability to work under pressure and multitask
Professional and well presented
