1.Strong Experience in Functional testing .
2.Resource should have worked in Project with Agile Methodology.
3.Understands business requirements, Test ware creation, planning, Design, Execution.
4.Should have sound knowledge of STLC.
5.Good knowledge and hands-on experience in Quality Centre QC
6.Strong experience in Banking and Insurance Domain.
7.Attending daily defect calls with the various stake holders
8.Basic knowledge of Automation would be an added advantage.
9.Good communication and analytical skills - Team oriented and should have ability to collaborate effectively with coworkers.
10.A team player with positive attitudes to learn, share and ability to stay focused when challenges arise.
