Gambling / Hospitality Training Officer – Eastern Cape

Educational Requirements:
Matric
Qualified Trainer

Experience Requirements:
Must have at least 2 years’ experience as a Training Officer in hospitality
Must have experience in the hospitality industry
Must be computer literate in Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook
Must be well spoken and able to communicate fluently in English
Must be comfortable presenting and well presented
Must be a qualified trainer

Responsibilities:
Assessing staff
Conducting gap analyses
Compiling training plans
Facilitating relevant training which includes hard and soft skills
Facilitating training to large groups
Conducting coaching, mentoring & on the job training sessions as well as one on one sessions
Providing feedback to staff on training conducted
Providing feedback to management on training conducted
Managing training schedules
Organizing necessary training material etc
Able to work under pressure & meet deadlines
Able to convey & transfer knowledge to learners
Travelling to various sites
General Admin

Additional information:
Salary – Negotiable on Experience
Must be willing to travel to various branched
Must have clear CRIM record
Candidate will undergo competency tests as well as a polygraph
