Garsfontein, Pretoria: ACTING PRINCIPAL ESTATE AGENT
Minimum Requirements:
-Matric / Grade 12
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans & English
-NQF Level 4, NQF Level 5 and PDE4 a must
-Personal Tax up to date
-Fidelity Fund Certificate up to date
-Registered with EAAB
-Allowed to work at another Estate Agency simultaneously (Position does not entail sourcing or selling of property, but mainly signing of contracts)
-To start immediately / as soon as possible
Duration: 2 year contract
Duties:
-Principal of Estate Agency
-Sole function will be signing off contracts
Salary: Commissioned based only (% of contracts registered)
