Position available for a General Litigation Secretary
Experience in drafting legal documents, more specifically summons & particulars of claim, default judgment applications etc;
Experience in invoicing and updating reports;
At least 2 years experience;
Must know the procedure from sending out S129’s up to judgment stage;
