This reserve has achieved gold status for its environmental responsibility and a 5-star rating for its exquisite accommodation facilities.The successful applicant will have a minimum of 7 years experience in Game Lodges or similar with specific experience in lodge management, F&B management, housekeeping management, front of house, administration and business management, stock control, personnel management and maintenance. Furthermore, he/she should be extremely strong in guest interaction and hosting and should have valid drivers’ license. He/she should be presentable, well spoken, computer literate and organized with superior reporting and communication skills, have a clear understanding of basic labour law and disciplinary procedures and a developmental approach to staff.
