Lodge Manager.

5* Game Lodge - Western Cape

Hotel school Diploma or similar qualification.

4-5 years’ experience in 5* Game Lodge required.

Overseeing the departments at the Lodge that impact directly on the guests stay including,

Housekeeping, F&B service, Spa and Front office. 

The Lodge Manager will liaise directly on a daily and weekly basis with all HOD’s on guest movement requests and special needs. The Lodge Manager will work closely with the Head Ranger, Head Chef

and Security to ensure the overall product offering for the Lodge is presented professionally and accurately.

Sound Food and Beverage experience and knowledge is highly beneficial

Excellent Guest Relations skills

Excellent communication skills

Excellent organizational skills including delegation

Excellent Staff Management skills

Hosting of Guest functions and Home Owner functions

Maintaining a High Service ethic and standard across all aspects of the Lodge

Control of Monthly Financials in line with General Manager’s responsibilities

Complete staff Management including Monthly Performance Reviews

Overall Staff training and development

Developing and training of potential staff to fill current position held in the company

Managing and building relationships with Key suppliers and Agents

Salary R18000.00 Live-in.
