We are looking to employ a dynamic General Manager go take control of the property and all its individual departmentsRequirements: . Relevant diploma and/or 2-3 years’ experience in a Senior role. Proficient in Office Suite and Email. Exceptional Guest Relations skills. Ability to manage staff. Understanding and ability to manage the different departments. Ability to plan ahead and problem solve. Financial experience in budget control, stock takes and stock control Staff Management-Wage costs and staff welfare-Staff discipline-Staff training Financial-Budget control and ensuring budgets are maintained-Stock control and stock takes-Maintain the correct allocations of expenditures Rooms Division-Manage the housekeeping, maintenance and front office departments in conjunction with your HOD-Ensure the hotel maintains the required standards aesthetically Food and Beverage, Events and Kitchen-Ensure costs are maintained as per the required standard-Assist with Events planning and execution-Assist with menu planning and cost control Operations-DM shiftsEnsure daily, weekly and monthly meetings take place
