A Company in Stellenbosch is urgently looking for a competent and experienced General Manager to run all facets of the business.

You will report directly to the Company MD and take full accountability for the Company's budget(s), structure, personnel, finance, sales, quality/output, technical divisions and any other facets that may need attention.

The following criteria are non-negotiable:
*At least 5 years' experience as a GM of a med level organisation in the Mechanical Engineering Industry.
*Proven to provide leadership to all the functional managers.
*Be able to speak the languages of sales&marketing, design and operations, safety, HR and finances.
*Have an understanding of fabrication using large steel and shipping containers, large trailers, diving uits, mobile units, temporary units etc.
*A mechanical engineering qualification might be beneficial, however experience and competence as a GM will take priority.
