Job Description:

The purpose of this position is to take full General Management and operational responsibility of the Restaurant, the staff, the cash, managing stock and suppliers, handle queries and complaints, plan rosters and administer leave and staff-related issues; implement internal controls, identify and limit fraud and theft risk; be able to be on top of the business in order to report on it at any given time.

The incumbent will be responsible for the full staff management process.

Ensuring effective supplier management, receiving of goods and payments.

Ensuring effective functioning of the daily operational processes.

Ensuring successful handling of planned events.
