Tranquil 4* Hotel - Lowveld - Mpumalanga.
Our client is seeking a South African Citizen or permanent Resident.
HSD with minimum 6 years GM experience at 4* Hotels required.
Effectively manage the day to day operation of the unit, through the management structures on site,
consistent with Company Standards and to achieve optimum financial results and better budget.

Strong Food & Beverage management skills required.

Good Banqueting and Conference management skills.

Excellent Leadership skills needed - Lead by example.
Implement policies and procedures to ensure operations, financial controls, standards are being met by the Resident Managers on site.
Implement reporting structures to ensure that information are readily available, so that GM can in turn report weekly and daily to the CEO
Identify unit needs and market trends and through liaison with marketing, sales and group F&B Departments implement appropriate policies timeously.
Focus on reservations management to ensure that budgets are met
Building of relationships with all major suppliers to ensure effective business relations.
Achieve good communication and to interpret and enforce agreed management decisions, policies and attitudes to achieve objectives.

Salary R 35 K - R40 K including company benefits.
