Our client, in the aviation/tourism industry is looking for customer service consultants based in Cape Town to service their overseas clientele telephonically.

Requirements:

-  Proficiency in any of the above languages

-  Secondary education (matric) completed

-  Computer literacy with above average WPM.

-  Flexibility to work shifts

-  Customer service/call centre experience
