• Assist customers with all travel related services and customer enquiries (Inbound & Outbound)
• Achieve and maintain optimal accessibility to customers in order to achieve performance targets
• Provide excellent and consistent customer service to ensure service quality in dealing with customers at all times
• Maintain product knowledge at all times to ensure consistent customer satisfaction.
• Flight reservation bookings, re-bookings and re-routings
• Flexibility to a rotational shift
• Able to speak clearly, confidently and fluently
Technical Competences
• High School Graduate
• Fluent in English, both verbal and written.
• Proven customer service and sales skills
• Good understanding of computer system and standard software
• Availability and ability to work rotating shifts and public holidays
