Our Client, an African-based safari company that offers their customers a unique safari experience in the untamed African wilderness, currently seeks a highly motivated German Speaking Sales and Reservations Consultant to join their offices in Cape Town. This Client’s portfolio includes authentic tented safari camps in Botswana and Zimbabwe.

Minimum Requirements:
• At least 3 years’ experience in tourism
• Fluency in German and English is essential
• Travelogic / ResRequest knowledge would be an advantage
• Extensive knowledge of Botswana and Zimbabwe
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office applications and quoting is essential
• Highly organised and excellent attention to detail

Short description of duties:
• Responsible for meeting the sales targets of the organization through effective planning, selling and closing of sales through converting enquiries.
• Maintain client / customer relationships
• Increase enquiries through sales calls and building strong relationships with the Client’s agents
• Support the rest of the sales team by working towards the goals and objectives of the organization
• Work together with the marketing team

Start date: As soon as possible.

Salary: Negotiable, but will primarily be based on your relevant working experience and skills.
