Looking for a German speaking Customer Care Agent for Tour Company

Good knowledge of MS Office applications
Previous experience within tourism preferred
Good knowledge of Southern Africa
Fluency in German reading & writing essential
Excellent organisational skills
High level of customer service experience
Travel agency experience / use of Galileo preferred

Handling of complaints including -
o investigation in-house
o investigation with suppliers
o compiling of statements for agents
o invoicing of recourses to suppliers together with the finance team
o maintaining our complaints database
Assist in coordinating and planning supplier workshops, presentations together with Corporate Travel Consultant.
Back-up for Corporate Travel Consultant
Ensuring that all complaints service lines are captured and loaded correctly on the system
Reporting various service failure issues received to relevant managers
Preparing monthly complaints reports
