The German Travel Lifestyle Manager in Cape Town, South Africa will be responsible for creating ‘high-touch’ itineraries for the German speaking clients. They will also be required to deliver excellent service on all requests and adhering to Swiss agreed service levels

- Experience in the luxury travel sector as an agent

- Knowledge on Swiss legal travel requirements

- First-hand experience of creating tailor made luxury packages for high net worth clients from start to finish

- Experienced with Amadeus or other GDS system

- In depth knowledge of industry regulations (and operating licences such as IATA)

- Knowledge of Swiss travel market (incoming and outcoming) including regulations such as Pauschalreisegesetzt, Garantiefonds as well as Tour Operators in Switzerland and suppliers in general

- Sound financial understanding of the travel industry
