Job Details

As Customer Service Consultant you support passengers with general flight reservations, fare information and baggage claims.
Further to this you answer direct sales inquiries and assist our frequent flyers with any queries related to their bookings.

We offer a monthly basic salary and an annual performance based bonus, a contribution of R1000 to your medical aid and a paid corporate work permit. You can expect 21 working days annual leave, a monthly parking allowance and fully paid ‘on the job’ training.

Candidate Requirements

Matric
You have excellent language skills in German and English.
You are computer literate and keyboard proficient.
Further to this you are flexible to work 24 / 7 shifts.
You have Customer Service Experience in a call centre environment
Provide a high level of customer service
Effective communication skills and composure under pressure
Effective problem solving skills

Required Skills:
Call center experience
Fluent in German

Salary: R 12500.00 p/month + benefits
