Our Client, a professional tour expert in African safaris operating in Southern Africa, Eastern Africa, St. Helena as well as on the beautiful islands Madagascar, is currently looking for a fantastic position as a German-speaking Travel Consultant.
In this role you would take care of all clients for enhancing satisfaction and acquiring an expanding and dedicated clientele.

Skills:
• Experience as a travel consultant

Key responsibilities:
• Communication with clients via e-mail and telephone in German and English
• Booking of services as per request
• Responsibility for the conversion rate
• All administration related tasks like tour bookings, creating tour schedule, invoicing etc.
• Assist other consultants with booking related queries
• Create booking related documentation
• Assistance with uploading packages online and website maintenance
• Develop insight of sustainable Tourism Industry
• Performs other duties as assigned from time to time by management, accounts or partners
• Responsible to build up the German market sector
• Determine clients’ needs and suggesting suitable travel packages
• Organize travels from beginning to end, including tickets, accommodation and transportation
• Supply travellers with pertinent information and useful travel/holiday materials
