Five star international experience is essential.
Chef’s qualification with minimum 6 years similar experience in a big, busy kitchen, operating A La Carte, buffet and big banqueting is absolutely essential.
Cuisine is very eclectic, ranging from Seafood Restaurants to traditional Country-Native Cuisines and 5-star Fine Dining, consisting of A La Carte, Buffets, and various International Culinary Styles.
Salary – Negotiable around R71,000 CTC per month, inclusive of housing, and company benefits.
Starting date – November/December 2014
