Group Financial Manager Industria, Johannesburg R70 000 to R80 000 Per Month (all inclusive) Permanent Retail Closing date: 7 July 2016

Our international client from the retail sector is looking for an individual that ticks the following boxes:

• Viewed by others as a financial all-rounder and guru
• Hands-on experience in the implementation of an entire financial model
• An expert at creating financial plans, forecasts, projections, costings and budgets
• Enjoys involvement in new ventures with in-depth knowledge of M&A
• Extremely dynamic and driven individual

MINIMUM QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

• B.Com Finance/Accounting degree, preferably with an applicable post-graduate qualification
• SAICA/CIMA membership
• 10 to 15 years’ related experience of which at least 6 years’ in a senior financial role
• Experience implementing significant processes (i.e.: financial model), integrating acquisitions and running finance operations
• Background in the retail sector would be an advantage
• Knowledge of GAAP/IFRS and taxation legislation
• High proficiency with MS Excel and other MS Office tools
• The ability to speak Mandarin is an added bonus, but not a prerequisite

• Outstanding financial acumen blended with business partnership and leadership
• Ability to provide sound business judgment, strategic thinking, and broad financial and business perspective across the organisation
• Demonstrated track record of attention to detail, time management and prioritisation skills
• A highly metrics-driven individual with strong analytical abilities
