Our client, a leading international call center operation based in Bellville, is looking to appoint a Group Information Security Officer who has valid experience in an IT Remote Support Call Centre environment. The following would be required:
• Degree or equivalent education
• Minimum of 3 years’ experience of working with Information Security Management Systems and Information Security Governance
• Strong knowledge of the service and solution portfolio of GIA’s internal customers; good knowledge of important IT platforms, methods and applications; comprehensive understanding of information assurance from a people, process and technology perspective
• Good knowledge of all aspects of Information Assurance and Cyber Security
• Attained or working towards professional examination such as CISMP or SSCP, CISSP (Associate), GISF (GIAC), CCP (ISSO)
• Good working knowledge of ISO standards (ISO 27001)
• Working knowledge ITIL Foundation or ISO20000
• Working knowledge of legislative & regulatory requirements including GDPR and PCI-DSS
