RedCat Recruitment is seeking a suitably qualified and experienced GROUP MARKETING MANAGER for a large concern – position based in the Pinetown area.

JOB DESCRIPTION / REQUIREMENTS
Grade 12.
Relevant post Grade 12 qualification would be beneficial.
Valid driver’s license and own reliable vehicle.
English speaking (must be able to read, write and speak in English competently).
Strong computer skills (MS Office, Email / Internet).
5-10 years’ experience in a group marketing management role.
5+ years’ experience of leading a marketing team and managing projects and budgets.
Solid understanding of effective marketing strategies, materials, and channels.
Experience preparing and presenting quarterly goals and forecasts for future projects.
Cultivate and integrate new ideas and campaigns that align with current and future sales goals.
Proven track record of competently delivering large-scale and/or multiple projects at a time.
Familiarity with tracking tools used to assess a campaign's performance.
Strong analytical, financial, or pricing skills required.
Strong leadership, planning, and execution skills.
Experience in online marketing and advertising.
Experience in marketing products towards manufacturing, mining, municipal, fixed fire protection, water conservation and food & beverage industries will be highly beneficial.
Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing strategies.
Technical marketing skills.
Proven experience in customer and market research.
Relevant product and industry knowledge.
Experience with relevant software applications.
Effective time management skills and the ability to multitask.
Proven ability of managing budgets.
Flexibility to travel.
