Group Operations, Sales & Marketing Manager.

Dynamic Hotel Group Head Office - Halfway House - Gauteng.

Matric and Diploma/Degree in Hotel Management or related field essential.

Experience: Minimum 2-3 year as Group Operations Manager of at least 5 entities;

Minimum 6 years relevant General Management experience;

Minimum 2 years as Group Sales Manager;

Experience as F&B Manager of minimum 5 outlets and working experience in Africa.

Candidates must be willing to go through Occupational Assessments.

To effectively manage the operations of the Hotel Groups’ Properties, General Managers (GM’s) and everyday hotel operations to achieve optimal guest and stakeholder satisfaction, ensure compliance, maximization of financial performance and ensuring the implementation and upkeep of the standard operating procedures, policies and quality standards of the Group.

The suitable candidate should be energetic, entrepreneurial and a self-starter that thrives on achieving exceptional results, a great leader motivating his team, able to work a flexible schedule, travel extensively and willing and able to relocate within SA and Africa. Market related salary offered.
