Required training and/or professional background:

Pharmacist with an indutrial specialization in Quality
More than 10 years' experience in management in the pharmaceutical industry
Experience in international project management
Experience in several jobs on several sites or in several countries
English fluent

Job description:

Contribute to the design and implementation of the Group Operations Quality strategies and policies
Coordinate the implementation, enforcement and upgrading of these policies to enhance the performance of all strategic sites
Implement the means required to implement and comply with the company Group's Good Manufacturing Practices and Quality Procedures
Take Quality decisions relating to the various manufacturing business where escalated
Supervise and participate in Quality audits
Initiate and develop a continuous Quality improvement plan for all the sites managed in accordance with existing standards
