Well known hotel group requires the services of a Group Revenue Manager to oversee the following functions for their 7 hotels:To assume full responsibility for the profitable and efficient operation of all hotels and adhering to the Company policy and proceduresTo assume the responsibility of revenue management for the GroupManage and oversee Group Sales & Marketing StrategyManage and oversee Group Human Resource Department (not including pay roll management)Manage and oversee the company Website and social media portfoliosTo ensure that all employees are trained in accordance with the Company’s policy and proceduresTo assist the directors of the company, ensuring the continued growth of the company, both organically and by acquisition.Note: The candidate will be responsible, in partnership with the Group Finance Manager, to oversee the day to day business off the company and will report directly to the MDMust have Matric & a Hotel School QualificationMust have at least 5 years General Management experience Must be fully computer literateIR & IR Skills essentialMust be flexible and wiling to work extended hours and service hotels not in Gauteng Please send a recent picture and written references with your application
