Skills Required: Must be familiar working on Opera system. Candidate will need to complete the following tasks on a daily basis: Making Group Bookings for the Hotel Managing of all booking enquiries and reservations through Tour Operators (Group Bookings and FIT bookings) quotations, invoicing, completion of reservation sheets, daily booking statistics, guest information. Interacting with guests via phone/ e-mail. Data capturing in regards to guest and booking information. General administration.

Candidate Description: All candidates must be well spoken, well groomed and have a friendly demeanor. Candidates must have relevant hospitality diploma and at least 2 years’ experience working in a similar position. Must be willing to work shifts, and weekends. Must have solid telephonic etiquette. Candidates must be able to work well in a team environment and be able to think quickly on their feet. Candidates must be able to multitask.
