Guest Relations - Cape Town

Ensure ultimate guest relations at Hotel maintaining the “at home” personal attention levels.
Key Focus Areas:
Managing the day to day shift duties - Opening & Closing Duties;
Managing in house guests;
Assist with bookings - restaurant / tours etc.;
Be aware of Cape Town and Surrounds and advice guests on Tours / General Info;
Hosting guests and making them feel at home;
Admin - Be accurate with all documentation and complete detailed handovers after each shift;
Communicate with housekeeping and maintenance regarding guest's movements.
Assist in ensuring rooms are ready for arrival;
Effective communication skills.

Requirements – Qualifications and Skills:
Grade 12 (essential);
Diploma in Hospitality Management (advantageous);
Guest Relations / Concierge Experience;
Opera / MS Office Suite;
Hospitality Experience
