Hotel School Diploma or similar.

3-4 years F/O management experience in 4* Hotels required.

Main Criteria of the Guest Relations Manager in this busy Hotel is, to accomplish a "feel at home" atmosphere

for our guests and to guarantee their absolute contentment through direct interactions.
To follow up on all guest's needs, requirement, likes and dislikes.


To solve all other guest compliments and complaints and report back on the same.

The goal is to promote a positive image of the hotel

and ensure the highest levels of guest satisfaction and engagement.

Adequate knowledge of personalised services principles and processes
Familiarity with industry’s latest trends
Job Related Skills:
Proficiency in English, multilingualism will be considered an asset
Ability to motivate and lead
Outgoing personality
Communication and analysis skills and keeping a positive attitude
Ability to work under pressure, multitask and prioritize.
Excellent problem resolution skills along with outstanding communication
and active listening skills
Attention to detail and high level of accuracy
